One Book One Lincoln “Top Three at the Mill” Event Set For May 25

Lincoln City Libraries invites residents to the announcement of the 2026 One Book One Lincoln finalists at 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 25, at the Mill Coffee & Tea, 330 S. 21st St. The announcement is part of the “One Book One Lincoln Top Three at the Mill” event hosted every Memorial Day by the Foundation for Lincoln City Libraries. The event is from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.  Attendees will also be able to tour one of LCL’s two new bookmobiles at the event.

The top three finalists will be available for checkout at the event. The community is invited to vote to select the top title for the 2026 reading program. The deadline for voting is August 31. Ballots are available online at lincolnlibraries.org.

The books will be available in print, downloadable audio and ebook formats and may be borrowed by placing reservations through the library catalog.

LCL has sponsored the annual program since 2002 to encourage adults in Lincoln and Lancaster County to read and discuss the same book at the same time, creating a community-wide reading and discussion experience.
