Gere Branch Library remains open during street construction. Access is available via the 56th Street entrance. Access via the Normal Boulevard entrance is available to eastbound traffic, but not to westbound traffic.

UPDATE: Bookmobile to Remain Off the Road This Week

The Bookmobile will remain off the road through Saturday, September 27. The People's City Mission stop on Thursday is cancelled. Watch for updated information on Friday and Saturday holds deliveries.

UPDATE: On Friday, Library staff will drop off holds at Lincoln Square around 2:00 p.m., and will be at Hamlow Elementary in Waverly from 3:30-4:00 p.m.

On Saturday, Library staff will be in Hallam from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m., and in Firth from 12-12:30 p.m.
