Delicate Sound of Thunder
by Pink Floyd [Compact disc 781.66 Pin]

Pink Floyd’s Delicate Sound of Thunder is a double-disc set representing the band’s classic sound while trying to capture the grandeur of their live performances on CD. The music on the CD is excellent but the visual elements of Pink Floyd’s show are missing. Dark Side of the Moon is well represented on the CD along with a nice version of Another Brick in the Wall complete with children’s choir on backing vocals. Pink Floyd live would be better served up on DVD, however, old and new fans will enjoy the nostalgic trip through the sounds on Delicate Sound of Thunder.
