Regular storytimes are not held in December. Check our Events Calendar and the Library Lineup newsletter for additional Special Storytimes at some locations.

September 2023 to May 2024

Here is a current printable schedule of our Storytimes.

Storytimes at Lincoln City Libraries are designed to promote early literacy. Presenters share stories, songs and other activities that support language development, build vocabulary and instill a love of books.

Stay and Play

We invite children and parents to play with our developmental toys collection after our regularly scheduled Storytimes that are marked “Stay and Play“. We set this time aside because research shows the importance of unstructured play for children. This time also provides caregivers the opportunity to socialize.
